You will love the pier access to the Guadalupe River where you can jump right in to the cool waters and play. Swim on down a bit to brave the rapids and get out at the Gruene Bridge and enjoy a short walk up the hill to Gruene.

You will love being able to raft of float and get out by your back door. There is a large deck off of the living room for you to sit and enjoy the river and wildlife.

Take in the nightlife at Gruene Hall and enjoy the walk home.
